• Franchise enquiries: your name, phone number, email, preferred city, investment range, preferred format and anything you write in the notes.
• Franchise partner login: the email you sign in with, and the date of your last sign-in. Partner details (name, phone, city, outlet) are added by our franchise desk.
• Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Usage data: if analytics is switched on, pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics in aggregate.

• To call, WhatsApp or email you about the franchise you enquired about.
• To let franchise partners sign in to their partner page.
• To understand which pages help people, and improve the site.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

By submitting the franchise form you agree to be contacted by our franchise desk about your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us — we will stop contacting you and delete your enquiry unless the law requires us to keep it.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Our franchise and operations team, who need it to answer your enquiry.
• Service providers that run the website for us (hosting, and analytics if enabled), under their own data-protection terms.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

• Essential: a sign-in cookie for franchise partners (and for our staff). The site does not work for signed-in areas without it.
• Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block these in your browser settings without affecting the rest of the site.

Franchise enquiries are kept while we are in discussion with you and for a reasonable period after, so we can follow up. Partner login data is kept while you are a franchise partner. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are cleared within a day.

Data travels over HTTPS, the admin panel is password-protected, partner sign-in uses single-use codes that expire, and only our team can see enquiries. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
